The Pass Glass includes a deck of cards and informative card on how to play the game!
Large cylindrical cups with horizontal decorative rings called the "Pass Glass" were particularly popular in the second half of the Seventeenth Century. Historically, they are considered to be a special vessel to be enjoyed with company as a welcoming ceremony where the glass would be passed and beverages would be shared.
It's also known to be used in a game of cards when one's hand could not be played and they had to pass on their turn, they also had to drink to one of the rings on the glass. If the lucky person could not drink to the first line, the player had to continue to drink unti they "hit" the next ring. We hope you enjoy your very own Pass Glass with your friends and family!
